Pelvic-floor drills, positions for two and a guide who asks every week

For iOS and Android

Want her. Be wanted. Train like the man who means it.

Plenty of men in their forties and fifties miss the look across the table, the late nights, feeling sure of themselves in the bedroom. Rekindle is a library for that man: Kegel and pelvic-floor drills, the positions they are done in, breathing, hips and core, and a shelf of positions for the night together. A guide asks how the week went and reshuffles what comes next.

Guide touchpoints

Short weekly questions, then the shelves get rearranged.

Answer once a week. Get the drills retuned.

Every seventh day the guide asks a handful of short questions. Tap an answer. Be honest about the skipped days. Then the holds, the positions and the reminder times shift to match the week you actually had. It reads like someone who remembers your answers. It is a guide inside an app, not a doctor, and it says so.

Become the man who shows up for her.

Not a course to finish and forget. A way of carrying yourself, eight minutes at a time. The kind of man who:

  • Does his floor drills while the coffee brews.
  • Breathes out slowly before he answers.
  • Leaves the phone in the other room after dinner.
  • Asks her what she wants tonight, and listens.
  • Sits tall at the table and catches her eye across it.
No equipment. Fully clothed. A desk chair, the bedroom floor, a quiet bench. Eight to twelve minutes, every day.

Why they signed up.

Short words from people inside the app.

“The Close together collection was the first thing I read, and I liked that it sounds like plain advice, nothing crude. We signed up so we could browse it on the sofa together.”

Mira Castellano

“I wanted something I could do at my desk without anyone noticing. The seated drills are written for exactly that, so I gave it a try.”

Femi Adeyemi

“I bought the year for my husband's birthday. He liked the idea of a guide asking him each week instead of a pile of videos he would ignore.”

Grace Whitfield

Plain facts on privacy, the guide and gear.

Will anyone see what I am using?

The app icon reads only “Rekindle”. Reminders use neutral wording and can be hidden from the lock screen. The store receipt names the app, nothing more.

Who is the guide?

An in-app guide that reads your weekly answers and rearranges your drills, holds and reminder times. It is written to feel personal. It is not a doctor, a therapist or a medical service.

What do the drills need?

A floor, a chair, sometimes a pillow or a book under the heels for the squat. Everything is done clothed. Most days take eight to twelve minutes.

A small bistro table for two on a city sidewalk at dusk, two half-finished glasses of red wine, a folded napkin and a ma

Be that man. Begin with one drill.

Lie down. Bend the knees. Find the squeeze. The rest of the library waits on the next shelf.
